Luis Rozalen, 39 años. Procuctor, cantante, Dj y periodista es la unica cabeza visible de un proyecto llamado Hd Substance, nacido en 1994 tras su escarceo de bateria a traves de una banda pop rock de los años 80 y como cantante y programador de "Ballet mecanico".
En 1995 funda la primera revista de musica electronica a nivel nacional llamada "Undersounds".
1996 supone para Luis el gran espaldarazo actuando en el escenario principal de el festival internacional de musica electronica SONAR de barcelona junto a Funk'd' void y Jeff Mills; Publica su primer album "Eleven". Su album "Eleven lo catapulta a nivel internacional y una larga gira de dos años al crear el album con estilos como electro, drum and bass o ambient en un contecto en el que todo lo demas que se producia era musica house.
Conocido anivel internacional, ha remexclado a grandes como Fangoria, Najwa Nimri o sexy sadie ademas de colaborar con la Fura dels baus y haber pinchado en los mejores locales de Europa y Estados unidos, lugar donde se ubica su base de opreraciones.
